The first face-to-face meeting of the BIOSENSEI project in 2026 was held at CEA-Leti in Grenoble, France. We enjoyed two days, February 4 and 3, with fruitful discussions and a pleasant atmosphere.
During the first day of the meeting, all partners presented the latest results of the project, focusing on the innovative biosensor platform based on cells and microorganisms to detect contaminants in water, using multiple optical and electrochemical sensors and completed with reading electronics, IoT for communications and novel neuromorphic AI algorithms to process the signal and predict events.
The second day of the BIOSENSEI project meeting was devoted to discussing the organization of a stakeholder workshop, where we will be able to present our project to external stakeholders and gather their opinions on the functional requirements of biosensors and analytical instruments for water monitoring and market needs. We closed the meeting with a nice photo of the whole team.
The event provided an opportunity to update all participants on the project’s technological advances and ongoing activities.
